One thing that I have used for myself whenever I am nervous about meeting some body New for the First time regardless of the situation: A new therapist, a job interview, a new friend…..just remember that the door swings both ways. You can always stand up, excuse yourself and walk right out the same door you walked in through. There it is…..Easy. Don’t let your fear keep you from taking the First step….you can always get up and leave….no harm no foul…..Good Luck.
