Ask a Gender Therapist: “How Do I Get Hormones???”

It’s one of the most common questions I’m asked as a gender therapist: “How do I get hormones???” In this video I’ll address why this can be such a challenge to figure out and things you can do to increase your chances of getting on the right track to starting Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Note: Something I failed to mention in the video is if you are under 18 years old there’s a good chance the physician will require that you get a letter from a therapist before you can move forward with Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Do you have experience with this, as well as advice of your own to share?

I have been waiting to be a girl since I was about 6 or 7 years old I remember when I told my mom that I wanted to be a girl she got upset about it so I did not say anything about it to her anymore.
I started dress up around the age 12 I remember the first time I put on pantyhose I felt so good to have them on and I put on a bodysuit and I felt really good.
After that I would dress up when I got a chance to.
And now I am single I dress up as much as I can wanting to get some breasts I would feel better than I just know it would be a good feeling about it
