In this episode of “Gender Therapist Q&A” I answer questions around the theme of “nonbinary erasure.”

Retail/restaurant situations are so awkward! “What would you ladies like to drink?” “Can I take your order, sir? Oh, sorry, ma’am.” I wish there were a singular gender neutral greeting. “Hello friends” and “Hi, y’all” work well, but the singular is a gap in language!
